115年度國科會大專學生專題研究計畫，即日起至115年2月11日線上截止申請。
一、有意並符合申請者，請至國科會網址：https://www.nstc.gov.tw 身份選擇『研究人員及學生』，於115年2月11日（三）前完成線上申請。
二、本案線上申請流程：(作業要點及中英文表格下載)
(一)申請人：請於註冊完成後登入填寫並上傳相關申請資料。
1.大專學生研究計畫申請書(C801-C803)。
2.指導教授初評意見表(C804)。
3.指導教授個人資料表(含近五年著作目錄)。
4.學生歷年成績證明。
(二)就讀系所之秘書：線上確認。
(三)指導教授：確認「基本資料(C301)」與「學術著作資料(C302)」，並上傳表C804「指導教授初評意見表」及勾選「遵照學術倫理規範」。
三、依國科會規定本年度起新增學術倫理自律課程，有意申請者請至臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心 https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/ 完成至少六小時之課程訓練。開通學術倫理教育資源中心之帳號密碼，請將以下資訊寄至研發處信箱 061146@mail.fju.edu.tｗ，信件主旨：「申請輔大學術倫理必修教研人員帳號」。信件內容請提供欲使用帳號之電子信箱、姓名及學系，俾便協助開設帳號。

四、線上申請截止為115年2月11日，請申請者及指導教授務必完成申請流程，經指導教授按「彙整送出」後，完成申請案線上送出作業後，申請人及指導教授請簽署聲明書（如附件）連同學術自律六小時上課證明送至系所單位彙整。
五、系所單位請於115年2月12日(四)前備申請名冊1份、並彙整聲明書及學術自律上課證明送研究管理中心彙辦。

3. Application procedures:
(1) Applicant (Students) should complete the form C801 online and upload the form C802 & C803
(2) Secretary (Sophie) will check the application materials online and submit it to the advisor
(3) Advisor: Please make sure that your C301 & C302 on the NSTC website are updated and upload the "First -review evaluation form (C804)," click the consent of "Research Ethic Regulation" and submit.
4. Starting from school year 114, the certificate of 6-hour Academic Research Ethic Course is required for the application. Students have to apply the account from our RD office (061146@mail.fju.edu.tｗ) first and then get the certificate before the final submission.
