Application of withdrawing from course list

※截止日：114年12月01日下午5:00前，送達課務組，方算完成。
Deadline: 17:00, December 1, 2025

上網至選課清單，點選「申請停修」，列印表件經教師後，至系辦蓋章，於截止日前擲交課務組辦理。

Apply to withdarw a course from your online course list, then print out the relevant documents and have it approved by your teacher and the department chair, before submitting it to the Curriculum Division (please consult the relevant departments during respective office hours for day division/SOCE).
