【Thesis Oral Defense Application】
Fill in the information online → Submit → Export and print the hard copy → Sign and obtain stamps from relevant units → Process completed.

• Students should complete the application one month before the oral defense date.
• Students should email the following to the committee members two weeks before the oral defense:
  1. the pre-defense version of the thesis, and
  2. the Turnitin report.
