輔仁大學教學導向教師申請辦法

第一條 為鼓勵教師發展教學特色與創新,以教學實踐為重心,依據輔仁大學教師評鑑辦法第四條訂定本辦法。

第二條 於本校服務滿十年之教師得自行提出申請,於評鑑週期內每學期增加授課三鐘點,或每學年增加六鐘點,並不支領鐘點費。
前項增授鐘點得採上下學期合併計算,惟不得跨學年合併計算。
評鑑週期內增授鐘點若符合第一項之條件,當次評鑑時,免研究項目之評鑑。

第三條 擬申請教師應於評鑑年度提出下一評鑑週期增授鐘點之申請。

第四條 已申請之教師得隨時提出終止,並自次一學期生效,惟已增授之鐘點
不另發給鐘點費。

第五條 擬提出申請或終止之教師應經由所屬系(所)或學程及學院審核通過後,由人事室提校教師評審委員會報告。

第六條 本辦法經校務會議通過後,報請校長核定後公布實施。修正時亦同。

FJU Regulations Governing Teaching-oriented Teacher Application

Article 1
Regulations Governing Faculty Evaluation were formulated in accordance with the University Act in order to encourage teachers develop teaching characteristics and innovation, teaching practice as the focus.

Article 2
The teacher, who serves at Fu Jen over 10 years, can apply for teaching extra 3 hours per semester or 6 hours per year without extra pay during the academic year of teacher evaluation to waive research part of the teacher's evaluation.

Article 3
To apply for the Teaching track (with research exemption and 6 extra teaching hours per year), teachers should submit an application during their year of review to be considered for the Teaching track in the next round of evaluation.

Article 4
The teacher can apply to terminate this application any time. If the application is pass, then it will take effect next semester. But the extra teaching hours will be no extra pay.

Article 5
The teacher must submit the application to department and college. If the applciation is pass, the Personnel Office will report it to University Teacher Evaluation Committee.

Article 6
These Regulations were approved by the University Council and promulgated and implemented after the approval of the President. The same procedures will be followed for each amendment.
