I. This change is made by the resolution of FJU Information Development Committee, December 28, 2022.

II. The student Microsoft 365 account is established right after enrollment.

III. The space of the current student email account is 250MB. The space of the MS 365 account is 5TB and can be used after graduation.

IV. The student email platform will be changed to Microsoft 365 platform after March 1, 2023. Please prepare to back up or download the emails.

V. Students still can login the student email platform during March 1-July 31, 2023 to download the mails, but can't sent emails. VI. The Computer Center will automatically forward the new emails from the old platform to the email "student_no@m365.fju.edu.tw" (Microsoft platform) during March 1-July 31, 2023.

VII. School will stop to maintain the current student email platform after March 31, 2023. Students should be responsible for the issues related information security.

VIII. The service of login and automatically forward emails will be stopped after August 1, 2023.
