Internal Transfer exam for Fall, 2024

• Quota: 3 sophomore students
• Qualification: the average grade of all the English courses is 80 or above; or taking the HEC "Foreign Languages – Non-English" courses. Please provide the English version of "Transcript of Academic Record."
• Application materials:
  1) Application form: The application period: April 9-11, 2024. Please login the "Student Portal", choose "Enrollment/Registration," then choose"Interdisciplinary Learning Application System."  Please fill up the form and print out the application form and the cover (needs to be pasted on an envelop). The application form, both Chinese and English versions of "Transcript of Academic Record" should be put in the envelop with the cover printed out form the system and submitted to the English Department Office (LA303) before 16:00, April 12, 2024.
  2) University required document: the Chinese version of "Transcript of Academic Record."
  3) Department required document: the English version of "Transcript of Academic Record."
