Gourmet Selection is a French company that works to bring premium pastry brands from France to the Asia-Pacific region. Our mission is to help our partners expand their business and grow brand awareness in Asia.
We are a young and dynamic international team spread across 3 regional offices in Shanghai, Tokyo, and Taipei. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to join our Taipei office and provide reliable support to the entire team.
Responsibilities:
• Execute administrative tasks to support the sales team, such as order processing, data entry, and filing
• Assist with customer inquiries and complaints
• Help with research and market analysis to identify potential clients
• Assist with preparing sales presentations and quotes
• Maintain and update customer information in the database
• Generate reports and manage databases
• Assist in content creation of the social media
Qualifications:
• (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field)
• (At least 2 years of experience in a back office or sales assistant role)
• Fluency in English. Speaking French would be a real plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office
Details:
Working 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
