Q1: What's the format of the lesson plan?
A: A sample format as a reference is available for the students. However, it's up to each individual teacher to decide which format to follow.

Q2: How many times should each student do online discussion?
A: Each student takes turns to be in charge of posting the discussion question once a semester. However, the students should respond to each posted question at least once, but the more the better. They can also respond to the questions in other group.

Q3: Can a student be excused from the observation when he/she needs to take a leave for some important stuff?
A: Even though observation is not teaching, the students taking GPII (working with Guo-tai Elementary School) should go to every class unless an official leave is granted by the department.

Q4: Can GPII be counted as the department advanced elective course for language studies?
A: No. Because the students basically do observation and practice teaching, and there's no regular and formal instruction on linguistic and applied linguistic studies.
