Look at this tiny six-year old child, sorrounded by happiness and sitting amidst things which he has made with his own hand. The mother is teasing him with her kisses. He sits there under the proud gaze of his father's eyes. At this feet we see some little plan, some bit of his dream of human life that he himself has made as he learns the art of construction: it could be a wedding, or a party, or a mourning, or a death. For the time being, it holds his attention and he talks about it; he builds his life around it. Afterwards he will change and talk about business, or love, or war. And soon enough this tune will be changed for another new interest and he will start playing another part in his play of life. He will play all the parts that life offers from youth to sick old age as though his whole purpose in life were to imitate others.
